Avanti D110 White Dryer – Review

Because the available space in my dorm room is limited, I knew I had to go for a compact and portable condenser tumble dryer machine. I didn’t want to spend too much or rack up high electricity bills either, so that was another reason for me to go small. I decided to settle on the Avanti D110 Dryer White Portable Electric. Installing it was a breeze. All I had to do was pick it up and plug it into a power outlet. I took some wet clothes, put them in, pushed a few buttons and it started to run. Just like that. Didn’t even had to read the manual. The controls are incredibly easy on this machine.

What I also like about this condenser tumble dryer, is that it doesn’t require external venting of any kind. I don’t have an external venting source in my dorm room, so I wouldn’t even have purchased this machine if it did require such a source. The one downside to this dryer is that it does have some filters that need to be cleaned each time that you use it. But this only takes a minute or two, so it is easy for me to see past this.

I’ve read many condenser tumble dryers reviews before I decided to buy on this portable one. Based on what I have read and also my own experience, I am convinced this is the best electric, portable dryer that you can find on the market today. Because of its size, it takes smaller loads than other drying machines. But I don’t mind having to go through a couple of cycles per week. The drying times aren’t at all that long. And when it runs, it runs quietly. Thumbs up for this excellent portable dryer!

We looked around on the web to find the best and largest we could find. We wanted it to be a good, familiar, reputable brand and it had to be able to take lots of clothes. After much deliberation, we settled on the LG DLE1310W Super Capacity Electric Dryer White. It’s fairly pricey. But we figured that it would be worth it if only it would be a good condenser tumble dryer machine that would relieve us of the many loads of wet clothes we have to deal with.

This machine really can take large loads of clothes. Ever since I’ve taken it in use, I’ve managed to reduce the number of times I’ve had to load in wet clothes by at least half. It certainly deserves the Super Capacity label. This condenser tumble dryer appliance has 5 temperature levels and 5 drying programs. And this is all you will ever need. You won’t need to make all sorts of difficult settings. The controls are very easy to understand. By experimenting a little with the dials, I’ve managed to find the ideal settings that I feel give the best results.

The LG DLE1310W Super Capacity Electric Dryer White has a sensor in it that detects when clothes are dry. You don’t have to set a timer, because it handles drying times all by itself. That’s one less thing for me to worry about. There is also a Wrinkle Care option that tumbles clothes without heat so that they come out less wrinkly than with other dryers. This condenser tumble dryer is meant to ‘set and forget’. You can push a few buttons to make it go and you will have your clean and dry clothes once you come back. With the press of just one button, you can save your favorite program. I just love this dryer’s simplicity so much!

Excel 110v Portable Clothes Tumble Dryer – Review

There are a lot more large, conventional tumble dryers than there are smaller, more compact ones. But luckily, they do exist! One such machine is the Excel 110v Portable Clothes Tumble Dryer. I have recently purchased this off the web and it was quickly delivered to me. The installation of this condenser tumble dryer was very easy because it’s just so small and light. It literally is portable. You could take this thing with you on vacation if you really wanted to. You can connect it to a regular power outlet instead of a high voltage one. It uses less power and therefore takes longer to dry clothes. But for me, it is worth it.

Because of its size, it also takes smaller loads of clothes. I am currently living by myself so I’m okay with it. Whenever I need some clothes dry right now, I will put them in and have them dry and warm not longer than 90 minutes later. Despite its compact size and lower power usage, this portable condenser tumble dryer manages to get great results that are on par with what I’ve seen from larger ones.

This little dryer doesn’t need to be vented so that makes it easy to use. I’ve installed this thing in my closet and it runs for an hour without causing any problems at all. You do need to take into account that this condenser tumble dryer appliance requires no less than 4 inches of space between the wall and the hot air exhaust. Otherwise it cannot function properly. But even with those 4 added inches at the back, this compact machine still doesn’t take up a lot of space. I recommend this dryer for everybody who wants to keep things simple and low cost.

After some deliberation, we decided to purchase the LG WM3431HS All-In-One Washer and Dryer TITANIUM online. Delivery was quick and the installation was easy. This tumble dryer looks like it is made of solid titanium. But not only does it look sturdy, it also feels sturdy! If it truly is as well built as it looks, then I expect this machine to last me and my wife a very long time. At least until the kids move out. This is a fantastic condenser tumble dryer that is easy to use and it also has plenty of features to experiment with.

For starters, the LG WM3431HS All-In-One Washer And Dryer TITANIUM has the ability wash & dry, wash only and dry only. Then there are 5 temperature selections: extra hot/cold, hot/cold, warm/warm, warm/cold and cold/cold. It’s great to have your clothes not only dried but also warmed up. We love these temperature settings! You can set the Delay Wash up to 19 hours. Washing will begin at whatever point in time you want it to. When washing is done, this condenser tumble dryer will automatically begin drying your clothes for you. You can literally load in dirty clothes and return to clean, dry ones a few hours later.

This machine is ideal for people who do not have an external venting source in their homes. Neither do we, and nor do we need one. This fantastic condenser tumble dryer blows off its steam without any external venting source whatsoever. While this is not the smallest dryer you can get, it will fit nicely in small spaces simply because it doesn’t require venting. It also runs on a standard 115V electricity outlet. A lot of smaller places don’t have a high voltage outlet. And with this baby, you don’t even need one! It is also energy star rated and therefore environmentally friendly.

Haier HLP140E Portable Tumble Dryer – Review

I’ve had the dryer for little over a week now and thus far I am very content with it. The drying times are not exactly short, but this was to be expected. The machine is hooked up to a regular outlet and not a high voltage one. For this reason it’s going to take a little longer, but it also uses less energy. The great thing about it is that it is wall mountable. This means you can simply keep standing up while putting in and taking out clothes. Not many condenser tumble dryers give you this ease of access.

I no longer have to go to the laundromat to dry my clothes. This is to me the greatest blessing that makes the longer drying times perfectly acceptable. One more thing I like about the Haier HLP140E electric portable dryer, is that it makes almost no sound at all. So it may take a while to dry clothes, but at least it does it in silence. It is simple to use and to set up. The interface is so easy to understand, even a small child could control it. I didn’t even need to read the manual in order to be able to understand how it works.

On the first few loads, I didn’t have the hose hanging out the window or anything like that. So my apartment became a little bit warm and humid. When I put the hose out of the window, this problem was immediately solved. The hose provides great venting. I prefer to set the drying times manually, because the auto drying time feature leaves my clothes and sheets a little bit moist. Usually, drying times will be between 60 and 90 minutes. After that, clothing will be almost completely dry. In order to shorten drying times, I recommend first putting your clothes in a spin dryer. These can take out a large amount of moisture in little time, thereby cutting the Haier Tumble Dryer’s drying times in half.
